TORONTO and LONDON, November 1, 2020 — BGIS is pleased to announce that the previously announced transaction to acquire Optimum Group Services a leading UK building services provider has now been completed. Optimum’s Chief Executive Officer, Stewart Collier, and the entire management and leadership team of Optimum will remain in place and work with BGIS to support and enable BGIS’s growth in the UK and broader European markets. Founder John Crehan and partner James Moore will continue with BGIS in strategic advisory capacities.
