Because we are not a large, faceless corporation, there is no chance of anyone being lost in the system, or overlooked, as happens in some organisations.
In fact, Optimum has the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of a family type of company, in which everyone is on first name terms and knows that their contribution is valued and integral to our success. And there is no hierarchy to restrict anyone communicating directly with any of their colleagues about any matter, even at Director level.
We don’t only train our own staff. When contracts are won and customer personnel come across to us, we ensure that they are retrained the Optimum way – we don’t just change their T-shirt! We are transparent about our training processes and our customers enjoy visibility of our training plans through our Opti-MIS system and our induction app. Customers’ staff members sometimes attend our training courses.
