Peninsula Business Services are the UK’s largest providers of Employment Law, HR and Health and Safety Consultancy.

The Peninsula Building is a commercial high-rise building part of Manchester’s Green Quarter. The building stretches across 16 floors and has a space of 148,890 sq. ft.

Our team delivered a high level of technical competence and customer relationship skills to achieve a 5-star level of service.

To ensure that we delivered this level of service, it was important that we completely understood the clients core activities and business drivers.

It was very important that we established Peninsula’s main business objectives to ensure that our service would benefit their overall business performance. We worked with stakeholders to develop a bespoke service model, utilising our unique Optimum Management Information System (Opti-MIS). This service model ensured that service delivery and statutory compliance were accurately managed and reported.

By working alongside Peninsula’s in-building Facility Management team, we have successfully mobilised and delivered a high standard of M&E services at the Peninsula Building, enabling Peninsula Business Services to focus on their core activities.
