A bespoke resident M&E maintenance service project for Savills Commercial Property

One St Peter’s Square offers 273,000 sq. ft. of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Grade ‘A’ office space in the centre of Manchester.

Occupying a prominent position in the heart of Manchester’s historic business district, the highly-specified development was completed in September 2014. The property was acquired by Deka and is managed by Savills Commercial Property.

Optimum were engaged to deliver a bespoke Resident Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Maintenance service.

Stakeholder engagement was key in ensuring Optimum understood the clients core activities and business drivers.

We developed a service model utilising the Optimum Management Information System (Opti-MIS) to ensure service delivery and statutory compliance were accurately managed and reported.

Technical and operational support was given throughout the numerous tenant fit-outs, liaising with both client and tenant project teams.

By understanding the client’s requirements and fully integrating into the client’s FM team, Optimum have successfully mobilised and delivered the required standards of M&E services in a hugely prestigious building.
