Even during this troubling time, we understand the importance of rewarding our staff.
Every quarter, our People Team go out to the business to request nominations for our Staff Reward Scheme – these can come from fellow colleagues or from customer feedback.
The nominations are then collated, ranked and reviewed by our CEO, Stewart Collier. Every employee that receives a Customer nomination is rewarded, the others are then reviewed on the nature of the nomination.
This quarter we had 6 winners, all of whom received a certificate and a £100 gift voucher. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 situation, the winners were unable to have their photo taken receiving their certificate and voucher from their Manager.
A massive well done to you all and thank you for going above and beyond – keep up the good work!
