Leading facilities management company, Optimum Group Services, has restructured its Real Estate division and promoted two directors to provide a more streamlined, customer focused approach to their operations.
The real estate arm of the business delivers specialist in-house resident and mobile service delivery to their portfolio of Managing Agents customers.
Mark Stott and Kirsty Stevens have been appointed to new national roles within Optimum’s Real Estate division following the restructure.
Mark has been promoted to become Divisional Director and Kirsty to Contracts Director, of National Real Estates.
The restructure nationalises operations that were previously managed regionally in London and Manchester.

By restructuring the department we’re continuing to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, providing them wpowered to make decisions and changes in real time. By doing this we can offer the best customer service possible.

Mark Stott joined Optimum in 2016 to head up the Manchester division. He has over 30 years experience in delivering, managing and providing strategic advice on mechanical and electrical maintenance in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Previously, Mark worked for Savills and Hilson Moran and has worked on projects including the GLA City Hall, The Natural History Museum, Manchester Airport and Media City.
Mark said: “I am delighted to take up the challenge of this new role and be part of a team that is committed to delivering the best customer service possible.”
Kirsty Stevens has worked for the company for nearly five years and has held a range of positions in the business unit, technical support and finance departments. This has allowed her to develop excellent overall business knowledge and exposure.
Kirsty said: “I’m excited to take on this role and develop my relationships with our current customers and build new ones with potential customers. At Optimum, the companies we serve always come first and by reorganising the division in this way and by instilling our core values of visibility responsiveness and trust, the real estate division can only continue to grow.”
