The Optimum Direct Services team provide a 24/7 call out service for reactive and emergency repairs. One of our engineers (or a whole team, if necessary) will arrive on-site and deal with your crisis.

Our on-site engineering and mobile teams deliver the majority of our direct reactive maintenance services, supported by our in-house and subcontracted specialist suppliers.

As a strong leader and Director, he has an Keith holds both a CIBSE accredited Engineering Honours degree, along with an IOSH accredited Master degree.
